Naples Real Estate - The Paradise Coast

Naples Real Estate is value real estate!

Naples is a tropical paradise, a place with pristine beaches and great golf and beautiful surroundings.

What makes Naples special? Naples is a quaint, tidy definable downtown; with clean beaches and great access to those beaches even if you aren’t all multimillionaires living on the coast; very few high rises; excellent police force; an unmistakable balance between business and  environmental concerns; a new town where friendly folk meet; limited land for future development; a wonderful world class Philharmonic, great art museum and community theatre; beautiful bays; an impressive pier accessible to all; a lack of billboards and a general feeling of a healthy clean town.

Naples is home to many retirees, but is it also a place where upwardly mobile young families are deciding they want to raise their children. Naples maybe too be one of the prime destinations for the Baby Boomers from up north and those sun-loving British and Europeans?

Naples Real Estate includes homes in the $40 million ranges as many of our wealthiest families purchase in the Naples Real Estate market.

Naples Real Estate beachfront is quite densely residential, you'll still find public beach access to our white sandy shores all the way south to Port Royal, all along Moorings, Park Shore, and Vanderbilt, you will find a variety of mini-beach parks.

Naples Real Estate is proud to have several beach parks: Keewaydin Island, Lowdermilk Park, Clam Pass, and Delnor-Wiggins.

Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South, the Naples Real Estate historic areas, have a 3-story height restriction which gives 'downtown'  a charming appearance.

Naples Real Estate includes two newly founded universities, Florida Gulf Coast University located in neighboring Estero in Lee County, and Ave Maria University in Collier County. Naples also has two Ritz Carlton's, many golf courses, acres of green space, clean air, clean public parks, free parking downtown and at the beaches for property owners with your free Beach Parking sticker.

Naples Real Estate neighborhoods or residential boundaries are often described as west of 41 or east of 41 and prices have a lot to do with proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. Generally speaking east of 41 is where the gated communities can be found, both pricey and not, as well as some of the older, more economical neighborhoods.

Naples Real Estate caters to many public, private and semi-private. And dozens more golfing communities, both “equity” and “pay as you play” such as Grey Oaks, Mediterra, Lely, Tiburon, Pelican Bay, Pelican Marsh, and Collier’s Preserve, as well as bundled neighborhoods, which have golf included with the purchase. Some of these include Cedar Hammock, Forest Glen, Naples Lakes, Heritage Bay and many more. Many of the latter are amazingly affordable.

I'll be happy to show you the best Naples Real Estate deals in South West Florida.
